Designer Chenguang Deng

Chenguang Deng/Aaron is a visual director and designer based between New York and Shanghai. Focusing on graphic design, motion graphics and moving images. A 2022 graduate of Parsons School of Design, he began his career assisting on music video and fashion film projects in Shanghai before joining pop culture creative agency THE REAL TRAVEL AGENCY in 2023. He has since collaborated with Studio Pending on album artwork for artists like Caroline Polachek and Vegyn.

In 2024, his long-term collaboration with Lexie Liu led him to serve as visual director for her TOUR '24, where he co-developed the full stage visual and led a cross-cultural creative team, positioning himself as a key narrative builder rather than a supporting designer. In 2025, he directed Lexie Liu’s music video Pop Girl, further establishing his role as a key narrative builder across visual disciplines.
