Liis Koger, born 23.12.1989, is an Estonian painter and poet. Liis received a degree in Painting, Fine Arts from the University Of Tartu (2013). She minored in Theology and was enrolled in Psychology courses.

Three poetry books have been written by her (all in Estonian). She started launching a career as a freelance artist during school time.
