My name is Susanna de Franceschi, a devoted artist and painter with a rich Italian heritage, residing near the captivating city of Rome. Italy, my beloved homeland, is globally celebrated for its ancient Roman architecture—a theme that has profoundly influenced my artistic journey. My passion for art was kindled at the tender age of six, nurtured by the artistic ambiance created by my middle school teachers. This early exposure to art led me to start drawing and painting, a practice I have cherished and maintained throughout my life.
As a teenager, I formalized my artistic education by attending a high school of art and architecture, situated in a town near my home. It was during this period that I began to develop and refine my artistic skills, creating works that I still hold dear today. Post high school, I engaged with the Synkhronos of Neptune cultural association of art, which has since transformed into a private school of art. This association provided me with the opportunity to delve deeper into the art of still life drawing—a genre I hold a particular affection for—and to experiment with unique mediums, such as broken mirrors.
My artistic journey continued to flourish as I was accepted into the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, where I not only honed my skills but also gained significant recognition through various art exhibitions. In 2016, my journey took an international turn as I attended a private academy in London, specializing in body painting and special effects. This experience allowed me to expand my artistic repertoire, culminating in freelance opportunities for body painting at various events.
Today, my art has crossed international borders, with works currently on display in Miami, Florida, bringing global recognition to my craft. Additionally, my creations are accessible to a worldwide audience through virtual exhibitions. My journey in art has been a lifelong commitment, a journey filled with growth, exploration, and an unwavering love for artistic expression.
