Creating vulnerability arises from a cathartic process, of self-knowledge and experimentation, as a way of embracing one's own neglected shadows, often throughout one's life, especially as a woman. By embracing the most intimate part of yourself, freedom emerges.
The self-portrait is challenging, but in an - almost - divine way, which crosses the barriers of the deep to the pure consciousness of feeling, portraying the due importance of this individual process: embracing oneself so that the powerful art of respecting others flourishes.
