Please note that JaamZIN is not a direct sales platform and does not facilitate any transactions between artists and buyers.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

All elements of our website on www.jaamzin.com are either owned or licensed by JaamZIN and may not be reproduced or used in any manner without the express written permission of JaamZIN and the relevant artist. All artwork promoted on JaamZIN is owned solely by the individual artists represented here and are subject to International copyright laws. Except as otherwise provided herein, the compilation of all content, data, and other information found within jaamzin.com is the sole and exclusive property of JaamZIN and its licensors and is protected international intellectual property laws. JaamZIN and jaamzin.com are trademarks owned by JaamZIN and may not be used without prior written permission of us.

4. ARTIST SUBMISSIONS AND USER CONTENT

Artists submitting their work for consideration ("Submission") agree to the following terms:

• Your Submission shall remain your exclusive property, and you are responsible for ensuring it complies with these Terms and Conditions.

• By submitting your artwork, you grant JaamZIN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, resize, and adapt the

• Submission for the purpose of featuring it on our website and social media. This may involve modifying settings such as size, resolution, layout, and color adjustments to enhance visual compatibility with our platform, while maintaining the integrity of the original artwork.

• You retain all moral rights to the original artwork. This permission pertains only to the Submission copy, not the original artwork itself.

 

Your Submission must not:

• Violate any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

• Be misleading or contain false information.

• Breach any law or regulation.

• Create any liability for JaamZIN or its partners.

 

By making a Submission, you waive the right to make any claims against JaamZIN or its affiliates related to the display of your Submission.

5. PUBLIC DISPLAY AND ARTWORK MODIFICATION

Please note that JaamZIN reserves the right to display your Submission in various formats, such as on social media, and may adjust its presentation as needed to fit the design aesthetics of our platforms. For example, we may resize, crop, or enhance the color of your Submission to ensure it is presented clearly on different devices or screen resolutions. Any such adjustments are solely for the purpose of optimizing display and will not alter the essence of your artwork.

6. PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER.

JaamZIN provides an opportunity for artists to showcase their work in a visual and interactive environment. However, JaamZIN does not review every Submission posted or ensure that user-generated content adheres to our guidelines. By participating, you agree that JaamZIN is acting as a platform for sharing your work and does not assume responsibility for the content submitted by other users. JaamZIN reserves the right to remove any Submission it deems inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

Your access to and use of JaamZIN and the services provided are at your own risk. JaamZIN is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. JaamZIN disclaims all responsibility for any interruption, inaccuracy, or failure of the site.
